Liberty One Tactical Income ETF

LOTI Overview

Liberty One Tactical Income ETF is an actively managed balanced ETF holding a concentrated mix of large cap defensive equity positions alongside tactical fixed income exposure. Tactical Income is often referred to as the balanced version of our Defensive Dividend Growth Strategy.

Given the fixed-income exposure, Tactical Income is designed to provide lower volatility and a higher income yield than our Defensive Dividend Growth ETF.

Disclosures

Morningstar Moderately Conservative Target Index - The index is designed to measure a diversified target level of exposure to equities, bonds and inflation-hedged instruments. The index seeks approximate 40% exposure to global equity markets and 60% exposure to fixed income.

While the shares of ETFs are tradeable on secondary markets, they may not readily trade in all market conditions and may trade at significant discounts in periods of market stress. ETFs trade like stocks, are subject to investment risk, fluctuate in market value and may trade at prices above or below the ETF's net asset value. Brokerage commissions and ETF expenses will reduce returns. There is no guarantee that the Fund will achieve its objective.

The Fund’s investment performance and its ability to achieve its investment objective are directly related to the performance of the underlying funds in which it invests. There can be no assurance that the Fund’s investments in the underlying funds will achieve their respective investment objectives. The Fund is subject to the risks of underlying funds in direct proportion to the allocation of its assets among the underlying funds.

The Fund is newly formed and has no operating history.

Fixed income investments are affected by a number of risks, including fluctuation in interest rates, credit risk, and prepayment risk. In general, as prevailing interest rates rise, fixed income prices will fall.

The Fund may invest in high yield securities, also known as "junk bonds." High yield securities provide greater income and opportunity for gain, but entail greater risk of loss of principal.

The Fund is non-diversified, which means it may be invested in a limited number of issuers and susceptible to any economic, political and regulatory events than a more diversified fund.

Glossary

NAV - NAV Return represents the closing price of underlying securities.

Market Price - Market Return is calculated using the price which investors buy and sell ETF shares in the market. The market returns in the table are based upon the midpoint of the bid/ask spread at 4:00 pm EST, and do not represent the returns you would have received if you traded shares at other times.
